GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason.
- My works may not be used in AI image generation.
- Any clients who are caught using GenAI will be blacklisted.
COMMUNICATION
I will send progress photos at the end of each phase (concepts, sketching, lining, coloring, and shading/rendering). The commissioner is welcome to request updates as often as they would like. The preferred platforms for communication must be specified in the form, not all requested communication channels are available.
REVISIONS
There is no limit to revisions before the coloring stage. Any revisions made may cause delays and the artist will not be liable for any deadline shifts that may occur.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece in my portfolio and to promote my services. I must be credited in each time the commissioner uses the work unless for personal reasons. I must be notified if the work will be resold to another party. Unless you have paid for commercial rights, You are not allowed to use the commissioned piece in any merchandise or good that will be sold for profit. Charity fundraisers are exempt.
PAYMENT
At least 25% of the price must be paid for me to begin the commission. The commissioner is free to pay the other 75% throughout the process.
The items will not be delivered until the commission is paid in full.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds if I am past the concept phase on your commission. If I am unable to finish the work, I will offer a refund proportional to the incomplete work.
DEADLINES
Rush fees will apply to any hard deadlines within 2 months of the request date in the case of illustrations.
